Jita79 Terms & Conditions – Membership, Betting & Payment Policies

Jita79 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "jita79") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between jita79 and its members.

• Suspicious or irregular deposit patterns may be held for review.

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from jita79:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals below this amount are not permitted.
• KYC Required: Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Same Method: Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Processing Time: 5–15 minutes on average for Mobile Pay/Nagad on KYC-verified accounts. 1–3 business days for bank transfers.
• Bonus Withdrawal: Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.

• Delayed Bet: During in-play betting, odds changes may cause a slight delay in bet placement. You will be given the option to confirm your bet at the updated odds.
• If a Match Is Cancelled: If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds Change: Odds may change after publication. The odds at the time the bet is placed are final.
• Technical Error: jita79 reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds.

All game outcomes on jita79 are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and are regularly audited by an independent third party.

Jita79 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms as outlined in the respective offer details. General rules are as follows:

• Wagering Requirement: A specified wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn (typically 5–30x the bonus amount).
• Validity: Each bonus has a specific expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active at a time.

In compliance with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines, jita79 verifies the identity of all members through a process known as Know Your Customer (KYC).

KYC verification typically requires:

• ID Document: A clear photo of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence — both front and back.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill or bank statement (issued within the last 3 months).
• Payment Method: Mobile Pay/Nagad screenshot or a photo of your bank card (where applicable).
• Selfie Verification: In some cases, a selfie holding your ID document may be required.

Users may request account closure at any time through Support. Any verified balance will be returned.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limit: Set a limit on how much you want to wager within a given time period.
• Self-Exclusion: You can take a break from the platform for a set period or permanently.
